Bio of President Zhou Qifeng

Dr. Zhou Qifeng is President of Peking University, member of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and deputy of the 11th National People's Congress of PRC (2008-2012). Zhou served as the Executive Dean of the Graduate School of Peking University for six years, the Director-General of the Office of Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Director-General of Department of Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education for three years, and the President of Jilin University for four years.
