San Diego Delegation to attend the 12th Guangzhou OCS 

SABPA and SDCAA are teaming up again to organize a San Diego Delegation to attend the 12th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology (OCS, http://www.ocs-gz.gov.cn/).  OCS aims to establish a platform for exchanges of projects, investment, intellectual and information between overseas scholars and internal institutions.   Both talents and business ideas are welcome at the convention.

If you are interested in attending OCS, please download application form from the link provided below, fill out the application form (table 1, 留学人员报名表) and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it along with a copy of your highest diploma.  When you register from the OCS web site, under group name please use San Diego Delegation (圣地亚哥代表团（美中生物医学和制药专业协会，圣地亚哥中国人协会)).  In addition please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before November 25, 2009 and indicate your desire to join the San Diego Delegation for OSC along with your contact info.  If we have 10-15 delegates from San Diego, we might be able to arrange some tours of industrial parks and/or R&D centers near Guangzhou.  The registration deadline is Nov 30, 2009. The convention will be held on December 26 - 28, 2009.
